Although we will make every effort to ensure that we deliver your product, in some instances we will be unable to. Refunds are given when we are unable to deliver on your booking due to adverse weather as determined by our staff, vehicle failure, or staff illness.
In order to amend or cancel your booking, please provide us with as much notice as is reasonably practicable. Refunds will be paid into the bank account you provided unless otherwise requested. We may not be able to provide refunds for customers who cancel during busy periods or with little notice.
