Below are some of our most frequently asked questions, if there is a question you have that you cannot see please feel free to get in contact with us and we will be more than happy to assist.

Can I have my inflatable indoors?

Bouncy castles can be used inside provided there is sufficient room. The height of the room must be a minimum of 10ft (3 metres) depending on the size of the inflatable. Sand bags will be used instead of pegs for indoor use.

Please advise us at booking so we know to load the correct equipment ready for delivery.

Can I have my outside hard standing

Yes you can however Health & Safety state that a castle setup on a hard standing outdoors should have 163kg on EACH anchor point, please bear in mind a small / medium kids castle will have a minimum of 6 anchor points, bigger inflatables such as slides may have more. In order to comply with these rules we would need to drill 10mm holes and insert a bolt to secure the castle. For more information please contact us.

Do you have insurance for your inflatables?

We have 5 million pounds public liability insurance. A copy of our policy is available for inspection if requested. The hirer of the equipment is responsible for adult supervision of the children at all times, and a disclaimer will need to be signed by the person who is going to take responsiblity for it's use.

Can I cancel my inflatable hire booking?

If cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the booking you can reschedule to another date within a 2 month time span as long as the unit is available. If cancelled and not rescheduled with less than 4 weeks notice deposit will be lost.

If it is very wet or windy on the day of hire you can re-schedule to another available date within 4 weeks of the hire date or deposit will be lost.

Can I hire an inflatable overnight?

As long as it's a secure area. additional fees may apply but We do withhold the right to refuse on arrival if we feel that the premises is not safe. To avoid dissapointment we may request pictures or a viewing.

Can I use the inflatable in adverse weather conditions?

Yes, they can be used in the rain however Inflatables cannot be used outdoors when wind speeds including gust speed is predicted to be 25 mph and above. As stated in the European standards (we will test this on arrival or we will check with local weather reports before arriving). If it is very wet or windy on the day of hire you can re-schedule to another available date within 4 weeks of the hire date or deposit will be lost. We must be notified of your intension to reschedule your booking due to adverse weather condition before 8am on the day of hire. Please note that our bouncy castles have fitted shower covers / sun shades where indicated on the website. We also reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstance.

When is the deposit and payment due?

When booking we will give you the choice to pay full payment upfront or a 20% deposit. Full payment is then required at the time of delivery or before.

Can you provide supervisors?

We are working on various party packages that will include supervisors and or entertainers. We will require this request in writing. Please contact us for more information.

How safe are your inflatables?

Our inflatable's are manufactured to the highest safety standard by a leading British Manufacturer and comply with health and safety legislation. All our inflatable's are PIPA certified and are all fully tested, annually. All of our electrical equipment is PAT tested annually. Our safety test certificates are available for inspection.

Where do you deliver to?

Our website is setup with the postcodes we are able to work with at present however we aim to deliver to all areas in Essex if humanly possible, please contact us should your postcode not be available and we will see how we can help.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking within 24 hours of the booking being made If we're unable to get to your location.

This has happened on the very rare occasion that we're required to be on the opposite ends of Essex in a short time span, but generally we will do everything in our power to accommodate where possible

How much space is required for a bouncy castle?

All Sizes are displayed on the website please allow at least 3 feet of space free to each side of the castle plus 6 feet to the rear of the castle for the blower, and 3 feet to the front of the castle for crash mats.

If you are unsure please make sure you measure your garden / castle location on contact us for advice. The ground must be reasonably level.

We must also have at least a 'doors width' access from the vehicle drop off point to the location where the bouncy castle is to be positioned. If the access is blocked, we won't risk damaging any of the equipment or the safety of the employee on site. If our drivers arrive and the area is unsuitable for any reason the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding balance amount of the hire! We don't want to have to do this, so if you're unsure about any of this! Just contact us and we'll advise you properly.


There must be a suitable mains power point within 25 metres of the rear of the bouncy castle; otherwise an extra extension lead will be required.
